Unfolding Landscapes is a unique initiative aimed at bringing art and cultural experiences to various villages and towns across Lebanon.

These custom-made boxes are the brainchild of local product designers who have carefully crafted them to serve as both functional art installations and examples of innovative design.


Each art box is designed with the specific needs of the communities in mind, catering to the lack of traditional gallery spaces, electricity, and permanent walls. The boxes are designed to be mobile and durable, allowing them to be easily transported to different locations and withstand various environmental conditions.

The boxes showcasing the rich artistic heritage of Lebanon and serving as a visual attraction to draw in community members. The interior of the boxes is carefully organized to securely house a variety of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, and other forms of artistic expression.

To address the lack of electricity in some areas, the art boxes incorporates solar-powered lighting or other innovative solutions to ensure that the artworks can be appreciated. Additionally, the boxes are equipped with information about the artists and their works, providing educational value to visitors and fostering a deeper appreciation for the arts.

Ultimately, the travelling art boxes represent a creative and inclusive approach to promoting art and design in Lebanon, transcending traditional barriers and bringing cultural enrichment to diverse areas of the country.
